Remodelation project for a single-family house in Girona

Single-storey house where we give an special emphasis to the original brick facade and the ceramic tile roof as well as to the huge central skylight. The living room and the kitchen, originally in separate rooms, become a single space and a new panoramic window is opened to gain views and natural light. All the indoor and outdoor spaces are fully adapted to the new users. The total area of the actuation is 1,140 m².
