Remodelation and ampliation project of a single-family house in Pedralbes neighborhood

Remodelation of a two-storey existing house plus the construction of new upper floor. The entire day area becomes a single space including the entrance hall with the main staircase, kitchen and dining-living room, all articulated around a double-height multifunctional foyer which visually connects with the first floor, where the studio and the dormitories are located. The new volume on the upper floor is designed following the rules of the existing façade and is intended for a great master-room with panoramic city views.
