Betania Patmos School
Educational building LEED v4 GOLD certified in Pedralbes district, Barcelona
New building for Betania Patmos Foundation in Pedralbes district, intended for early childhood education. The building is adapted to the existing topography by generating a terraced volumetry allowing all the classrooms to enjoy views and sunlight. The functional program consists in 20 classrooms of 45 m², specialized rooms, canteen and kitchen, playgrounds, sports area and swimming pool. The project includes an underground parking area for 110 vehicles.
